Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Leader to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader or Assistant Area Manager. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for mentoring junior consultants, delivering constructive criticism and feedback, and ensuring high-quality service delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and train junior consultants to enhance their professional growth and on-the-job training
  • Deliver monthly strategic reviews and file audits to ensure quality and commercial goals are met
  • Balance clinical and commercial goals to maintain a high standard of service delivery
  • Nurture relationships with team members and key clients to drive business growth and success
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA
  • Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting
  • Commitment to excellence and passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
