Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader or Assistant Area Manager. The successful candidate will have a strong clinical and technical background, with experience mentoring junior consultants in an occupational rehabilitation setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services
  • Mentor and train junior consultants to ensure professional growth and on-the-job training
  • Deliver constructive criticism and feedback, completing monthly strategic reviews and file audits
  • Balance clinical and commercial goals to ensure quality service delivery and execution
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and team members
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Allied Health and registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
