About the Role

As an Area Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a mentor and trainer, focusing on the professional development and on-the-job training of your team.
  • Delivering constructive feedback and conducting monthly strategic reviews and file audits with each consultant.
  • Utilizing your clinical and technical expertise to ensure high standards of service delivery.
  • Balancing clinical excellence with commercial objectives, ensuring quality remains the priority.
  • Building and nurturing professional relationships with both your team and key clients.
  • Exhibiting enthusiasm and dedication in your role, inspiring your team through your passion for the work.
What We Value

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A tertiary qualification in Allied Health, with registration from AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA.
  • Experience in mentoring junior consultants within an Occupational Rehabilitation context.
