About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Trust Accountant / Business Manager to join our client's expanding and successful team. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for streamlining all financial activities of the business, utilizing your organizational and administration skills daily.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Management
    • Manage trust accounts for the property management & sales team
    • Process and issue invoices
    • Conduct end-of-month financial reporting and analysis
    • Prepare and issue financial statements
  • Payroll and Accounts Payable
    • Manage payroll and accounts payable functions
  • Business Management
    • Provide business management support to the leadership team

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience
    • Previous experience managing trust accounting in real estate is essential
    • Hold a valid Certificate of Registration
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Harness outstanding communication skills
    • Be great with numbers, time management, and attention to detail
    • Have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Possess a 'can do' attitude
    • Be a great team player
