Job Role:

Our organisation is seeking a senior People and Culture Business Partner to lead key initiatives in performance management, employee recognition, cultural enhancement, and workforce transformation.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance organisational performance and people capability.
  2. Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, change management and organisational development strategies.
  3. Mentor and guide leaders through complex people matters and strategic challenges.
  4. Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance, and conduct matters.
  5. Collaborate with expert teams to integrate innovative people solutions.
  6. Drive a culture of inclusion, agility, and high performance across the organisation.
About You:
  • You will bring a strong foundation of HR expertise combined with significant practical experience and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • You will have a degree-level qualification in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
