A Competitive Salary Package

We offer an attractive salary package, with above award hourly rates. Additionally, you can take advantage of salary packaging benefits up to $15,900 + $2,650 annually. This enables you to enjoy significant tax savings.

About the Role:

As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in Dandenong, Keysborough, Noble Park Springvale, Bangholme, and surrounding communities. Your primary focus will be on providing domestic care assistance, respite services, social support, and transportation support.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by maintaining friendly, supportive, and professional relationships with clients and their relatives. Ensuring client rights, cultural, spiritual, and individual needs are respected is essential in this role.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in home care or domestic support (desirable)
  • A current Victorian Driver's Licence
  • A registered, roadworthy vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
  • Current First Aid and CPR certificates, or a willingness to obtain them
  • Knowledge of community care and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • An understanding of client-centered care
  • The ability to thrive in a team environment while valuing one-on-one interactions

You must also be willing to undergo a Working With Children Check, National Criminal Police Record Check, or NDIS Worker Screening Check, depending on the location. Annual vaccination(s) as per our policy are also required.
