Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute sales activities to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base in Victoria, NSW, Tasmania, and South Australia.
- SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS directly by collecting relevant technical information and liaising with Engineering and Customer Service to provide accurate quotations.
- Provide regular reports, forecasts, market and competitor information, and customer feedback to the Company.
- Participate in trade shows on the local and national level.
- Analyze and understand customers' needs on Equipment, Parts, Maintenance, Service, and Upgrade options.
- Responsible for the planning and performance of all sales activities.
- Supporting Customers directly by collecting relevant technical information and liaising with Engineering and Customer Service to provide accurate quotations.
- Providing regular reports, forecasts, market and competitor information and customer feedback to the Company.
- Participating in trade shows on the local and national level.
- Analysing and understanding customers' needs on Equipment, Parts, Maintenance, Service and Upgrade options.
- Full time employment based at our modern Dandenong Head Office with travel to customer sites.
- An attractive monthly salary of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year commensurate with your education and experience.
