Key Roles and Responsibilities
Job OverviewThis role focuses on enhancing sales performance and ensuring seamless operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will oversee the development of our global 3PL strategy, manage inventory levels, negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and supply reliability, and eliminate operational bottlenecks to streamline sales processes.
- Developing a strategic approach to international 3PL operations
- Coordinating and managing inventory levels to ensure smooth supply chain management
- Establishing strong relationships with IVF clinics globally
We seek a professional with extensive experience in commercial or operations roles, preferably with leadership skills and existing relationships within the healthcare industry.
Our ideal candidate should have:
- A minimum of 7+ years in commercial or operations roles
- Leadership experience and ability to collaborate across multiple business units
- Strong financial analysis and model-building capabilities
- CRM proficiency and experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
