Job Opportunity:

Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our elite sales team. As the Clinical Specialist, Neuromodulation, you will provide clinical and technical support for a range of Neuromodulation products. This includes implants, patient clinics, technical troubleshooting, and general assistance to the sales team and their customers.

This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and identify potential new business opportunities. You will participate in relevant tender processes, complete administrative tasks, and attend meetings, conferences, and exhibitions to promote Boston Scientific products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Participate in tender processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Provide technical and clinical support to customers, including implanting devices, conducting patient clinics, and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Manage inventory, report on sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
  • Represent the company at external events and engage with customers to promote our products and services.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of Neuromodulation products and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
