Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a State Manager. This role will be instrumental in driving business growth, leading a team of professionals, and championing safety and compliance.

  • Drive Business Growth: Achieve sales and operating income objectives by implementing national strategies and negotiating new business contracts.
  • Lead and Develop Your Team: Train, coach, and set performance objectives for direct reports while providing ongoing support to ensure all staff are properly trained and qualified.
  • Champion Safety and Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of occupational health and safety, ensuring safe practices across the state and compliance with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Enhance Market Presence: Promote our brand by building relationships with key industry decision-makers, managing the agent network, and increasing access to our products and services.

Key Requirements:

  • Tertiary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing within the medical device industry.
  • Strong management, operations, and business development skills.
  • Proven leadership ability with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • High-level computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM/invoicing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in sales and marketing. A tertiary education in business, marketing, or a related field is essential, along with high-level computer literacy and experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Excel, and CRM/invoicing systems.
