The Role
We are seeking a Business Development & Sales Support Manager to drive growth across domestic and international markets. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing clinical support for surgical procedures and building strong relationships with key accounts.

In this role you will be supported by a professional onboarding program, ongoing training, and opportunities for career progression within an agile and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth across domestic and international territories, achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Develop and execute strategies to win new business and grow existing accounts.

Provide expert clinical and technical support during surgical procedures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, practice managers, and hospital procurement teams.

Deliver detailed sales reporting and actionable insights to management.

Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to expand Austofix's footprint.

About You

Proven success in sales or account management within the medical device or healthcare sector.

Strong clinical and technical knowledge, with experience providing in-theatre surgical support.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Commercially astute with a track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities.

Proficient in sales management tools and CRM platforms.

Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
