Product Design Manager

Luxury Escapes is seeking a highly skilled Product Design Manager to lead our design team in creating exceptional digital experiences for our customers. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for driving the creative strategy for our new product, delivering features that delight and engage our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for our new product, from concept to delivery
- Manage a small team of designers, guiding them to produce exceptional work across various Luxury Escapes products
- Design and deliver innovative features that meet both user needs and business goals
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Design and other Product Design Managers to align on and advance our company's design vision
- Prioritize and manage the design workload to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in user-centred product design, with a proven track record of leading end-to-end design processes for complex digital products
- Successful management and mentoring of designers, helping them grow their skills and deliver exceptional results
- Expertise in Figma, with deep knowledge of prototyping and design systems
- Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, expertly juggling priorities to deliver on tight timelines
