About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Designer to join our team at Lendi Group. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering product experiences that meet the needs of our customers and internal users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver product experiences that align with business objectives.
  • Balance customer experience, business impact, speed, and quality in your design approach.
  • Leverage research findings, data insights, and user feedback to create actionable design solutions.
  • Rapidly iterate on multiple design concepts and prototypes.
  • Effectively communicate your conceptual ideas and design decisions to stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

  • A portfolio showcasing your design work, including case studies that detail your process, challenges, and impact.
  • Proficient in information architecture, user flows, task flows, customer journeys, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, and iterating on designs at various fidelities.
  • Have a good understanding of Human Psychology and cognitive and behavioural psychology principles as they relate to user interaction with digital products.
