As the Product Design Manager, you will lead a team of Business Analysts and User Experience Designers, driving the creation of exceptional customer experiences across various software products and services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the product design process from early-stage discovery through to product delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams globally to ensure high-quality software solutions. You will also drive continuous improvement in product design processes and tools, aligning product initiatives with business strategies and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advocate for user-centred design across the business and coach your team on Business Analysis methods.
  • Drive the product design process from early-stage discovery through to product delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Product Design and Discovery, and Delivery Teams to ensure high-quality software solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in product design processes and tools.
  • Align product initiatives with business strategies and user needs.
  • Lead research and discovery activities to validate business and user needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong business analysis background, with a focus on identifying and delivering key insights. You will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, experience working in Agile environments, and a passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to customers.
