Product Designer

We're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Crypto. As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our Exchange platform, collaborating with a tight-knit team of designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the end-to-end resolution of complex design challenges, transforming customer insights and data analytics into innovative concepts that drive the development of new products and features.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, particularly engineers, to ensure a seamless transition from concept to iterative development and final product release.
• Take a leadership role in partnership with product managers, contributing to the definition and evolution of our product roadmap, and shaping the direction of our offerings.
• Foster collaboration among designers across the organization, elevating the overall design standard, and continuously enhancing our design processes, principles, and tooling to keep us at the forefront of industry innovation.
• Leverage your extensive experience to mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented design team.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience designing digital products/services in a B2C environment.
• A solid portfolio of work that contains examples of design for digital products and services.
• Expert-level skills in crafting intuitive and engaging consumer-facing experiences for both web and mobile platforms, with a track record of delivering user-centric designs that elevate the overall user experience.
• Strong command of design tools, particularly fluency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to efficiently translate ideas into interactive prototypes, streamlining the design iteration process.
• A deep dedication to fostering a collaborative and open-minded culture, with a low ego approach and a commitment to the collective success of the team over individual recognition.
