
Strategic Process Improvement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with HR stakeholders to analyze business needs and develop actionable solutions.
- Contribute to project delivery, from small coordination to complex change projects and systems implementations.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for optimization and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in complex HR projects, analyzing and redesigning processes or delivering projects in medium to large enterprises.
- Strong understanding of HR technology, including Workday HCM.
- Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, creating test plans, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Solutions-oriented mindset with ability to balance big-picture thinking and immediate actions without compromising quality.
