Job Title: Process Improvement Specialist

This exciting opportunity is derived from a strategic focus on building out a quality assurance culture and proactively improving site capability in a quality context. The successful candidate will take ownership of the end-to-end non-conformance reporting process and internal defect systems, developing short and long-term strategies to reduce cost impact and drive customer satisfaction improvement.

\

The ideal candidate has an engineering background within the manufacturing space, with demonstrated experience in managing or working with an end-to-end NCR process. They should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to train and develop people within the business on new quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:
