The Role

We are seeking an energetic and driven All-rounder to assist daily operations and guarantee outstanding guest experiences. This role will provide an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilising your skills to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

As a Multifaceted Operations Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, contributing to the property's friendly and cheerful atmosphere, answering guest queries, and providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations.

You will also be involved in housekeeping duties, including refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, monitoring and replenishing stock, and ensuring our property remains sparkling clean.

In addition, you will assist with Food & Beverage services by providing assistance as needed, regular interaction with guests being a key part of the job.

What We Are Looking For
  • Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service, food & beverage, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (RSA).
  • Flexible availability 24/7 roster including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per annumBenefits
