Job Opportunity

The Customer Identity Lead will work closely with customers to implement a range of Identity and Access Management solutions within their environments. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust IAM systems to ensure secure and efficient access management across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive IAM strategies and designs to support seamless integration with existing frameworks.
  • Implement and manage ForgeRock Identity Platform solutions, including ForgeRock IAM components such as Access Management (AM), Identity Management (IDM), Directory Services (DS), and Identity Gateway (IG).
  • Design and develop custom scripts and applications using Java and JavaScript to automate IAM processes and enhance system functionalities.
  • Integrate IAM solutions with various enterprise applications and systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
  • Implement and manage security protocols such as SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID Connect to support secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing ForgeRock Identity Platform solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Groovy.
  • In-depth understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, access governance, and role-based access control.
  • Familiarity with security protocols and standards.
  • Experience with directory services such as LDAP and Active Directory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
