Role Overview

We're seeking an Identity Solutions Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, combining technical expertise with business insight. You'll play a key role across the entire customer journey, supporting pre-sales, driving implementation, and ensuring post-sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on digital identity and authentication.
  • Provide guidance on compliance frameworks (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS, FIDO).
  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions.
  • Deliver demos and lead technical responses for RFPs/POCs.
  • Support implementation and integration alongside Customer Success Managers.
  • Maximise platform adoption and business outcomes for customers.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on troubleshooting and enhancements.
About You
  • You should have 6+ years of experience in identity, authentication, or cybersecurity.
  • You should have strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and biometric technologies.
  • You should have experience in SaaS platforms and enterprise client engagement.
  • You should have excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
