Identity Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Solutions Expert to join our team in Australia. As a trusted advisor, you will combine technical expertise with business insight to support enterprise customers in digital identity and biometric authentication.


Your role will involve supporting pre-sales, driving implementation, and ensuring post-sales success across the entire customer journey. You will bridge technical depth with business value, supporting both Sales and Customer Success functions to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions and help drive adoption of our biometric and authentication technologies.


You will provide guidance on compliance frameworks (GDPR, PSD2, eIDAS, FIDO) and partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities and shape solutions. Additionally, you will deliver demos and lead technical responses for RFPs/POCs, translate customer needs/business requirements into secure solution architectures, and support implementation and integration alongside Customer Success Managers.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 6+ years in identity, authentication, or cybersecurity.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC) and biometric technologies.
  • Experience in SaaS platforms and enterprise client engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive stakeholders.
