Enterprise Identity Security Specialist

The Senior Security Engineer - Identity & Directories role focuses on hardening and securing enterprise Microsoft Active Directory environments. This core component of the identity and access management ecosystem requires end-to-end expertise across design, deployment, and ongoing support of Active Directory integrations and security uplift activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support secure design and implementation of AD integrations and IAM services.
- Collaborate with cyber, IT, and Dev Ops teams to embed secure identity practices.
- Drive hardening, remediation, and response activities for AD and directory-related threats.
- Contribute to security architecture, frameworks, and standards across identity systems.
- Implement and maintain observability and recovery solutions for identity infrastructure.
- Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (design, deployment, and security hardening).
- Hands-on scripting and troubleshooting skills, Power Shell proficiency required.
- Solid understanding of authentication protocols (LDAP/S, Kerberos, NTLM) and networking concepts (DNS, load balancing).
- Experience working with or supporting IAM tools and processes.
- Familiarity with audit remediation, threat detection tools, or recovery platforms.
This is a high-impact technical individual contributor role, ideal for someone experienced with enterprise identity environments and passionate about securing core digital assets.
