About This Role

This position is responsible for leading a team to achieve high standards of park presentation. The successful candidate will be able to motivate and develop team members, organize and manage tasks, promote a positive working environment, and ensure overall park cleanliness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members to complete tasks efficiently
  • Train and develop staff within the Park Presentation team
  • Organize and manage team resources to meet goals
  • Conduct training sessions and assess competency
  • Maintain high levels of park presentation standards
  • Ensure overall park cleanliness
  • Perform daily reporting as needed
  • Support administration tasks and other areas within operations
  • Develop, implement, deliver, and review policies and procedures
  • Foster a culture of environmental responsibility

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in leadership or a related field
  • Able to plan, prioritize, and organize work within set deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of quality customer service principles
  • Ability to resolve conflicts effectively
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays
  • Adherence to company code of conduct policy
  • Representing the organization in a professional manner both internally and externally
  • Working in all weather conditions
