Job Title: Park Presentation Team Lead

  • We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to join our team as a Park Presentation Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training and developing staff within the Park Presentation team
  • Organizing and managing a team to achieve goals and maintain park presentation standards
  • Conducting training and assessing competency of Team Members
  • Assisting with coordinating team members, including rostering
  • Maintaining park cleanliness, including sweeping, rubbish pick-up, and cleaning tables and restrooms
  • Ensuring all public areas are neat and tidy
  • Completing pressure washing duties and grounds maintenance as directed
  • Reporting all repairs and replacements required
  • Removing cobwebs from buildings, entranceways, and stairwells
  • Ensuring the park complies with laws, guidelines, legislation, and standards
  • Performing daily reporting as required
  • Assisting with administration tasks as directed
  • FOLLOWING AND ENFORCING COMPANY ENVIRONMENTAL POLICIES
  • Acting as a role model by demonstrating safe work behaviors

Requirements:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in Leadership or related field
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work, both on an individual and team basis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with principles of quality customer service
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and public holidays
  • Must be available to work a minimum of twice per week during peak season
  • Adhere to Company Code of Conduct policy
  • Represent the Company well internally and externally
