From cozy cabins with modern amenities to waterfront caravan sites, we ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

The Role:

We are seeking an individual with strong leadership and demonstrated experience in hospitality management or managing an accommodation-based business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a diverse park team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Financial management - reporting, delivering, and implementing budgets
  • Maximizing revenue opportunities
  • Asset management
  • Office administration
  • Providing after-hours support as required

Requirements:

- Proven skills and experience in hospitality/accommodation management

Demonstrated ability to manage, develop, and train staffStrong computer skills with experience using reservations systemsAwareness of sales and marketing principles and practicesProven experience in managing financials (budgets & planning)Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
