Park Presentation Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Park Presentation Team Member to join our team. This is a casual position from October to April, with the need to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and public holidays during the season.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining park presentation standards to the highest level, ensuring overall park cleanliness, and performing various tasks related to cleaning and maintenance. They will also be required to work in all weather conditions and adhere to our company policies.

• Maintaining park presentation standards to the highest level.
• Ensuring overall park cleanliness, including sweeping, rubbish pick-up, clearing and cleaning tables, emptying rubbish bins, maintaining picnic areas, maintaining birthday & cabana areas, and restrooms.
• Keeping all public areas neat and tidy, including wiping down of tables and removal of any rubbish.
• Emptying trash bins as well as cleaning and washing bins on a regular basis.
• Cleaning all restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and disinfecting and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors.
• Vacuuming of all carpet areas.
• Cleaning all staff areas, including offices, staff rooms, and restrooms.
• Disinfecting touch points and railings.
• Completing pressure washing duties as directed.
• Completing grounds maintenance and work as directed.
• Reporting all repairs and replacements required.
• Removing cobwebs from buildings, entranceways, and stairwells.
• Assisting other areas within the facilities department when needed.
• Assisting in the development, implementation, delivery, and review of policy and procedures that ensure we meet our various obligations, including financial, workplace health and safety, industry, and legal requirements.
• Following company environmental policies in terms of chemical usage and waste disposal.
• To carry out all duties and responsibilities assigned by the Park Presentation Coordinator, Park Presentation Team Leader, Director of Operations, and any member of the management team.

Requirements:

Fluent English language skills.

Desirable experience includes cleaning experience.
