This role involves monitoring and analysing resource utilization data, managing depot inventory levels, developing resource forecasts, coordinating training, and facilitating payroll processing.
You will work closely with stakeholders to support project delivery requirements while maintaining customer focus.
We are looking for someone with proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly database management and Excel skills for effective data analysis and reporting.
Additionally, you should be able to apply well-developed planning and organisational abilities to support project delivery requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and analysing resource utilisation data to inform strategic decisions
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of resource allocation and usage
- Developing and tracking detailed resource forecasts to ensure optimal deployment
- Coordinating training programs to maintain up-to-date certifications and qualifications for field personnel
- Facilitating the timely processing of timesheets and payroll documentation
- SUPPORTING HSEQ initiatives through active monitoring of safety attitudes and participation in relevant training programs
