**The role**:
If you are not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to customers, we want to hear from you.

Our employees have progressed within the company and we have opportunities for a Service Coordinator in our Aftermarket Central team.

You will be the key first point of contact for all customer liaison; both internal and external to actively book preventative maintenance based on the SAP system requirements. You will handle all enquiries, attend to service requests and process orders.

You will also allocate service work to the technical team; liaise with customers, schedule work, order parts and process all relevant documentation.

**Applicants will need**:

- To be highly organised and resourceful under pressure
- To maintain and provide excellent, high quality phone presentation to all customers
- To have outstanding communication skills and the ability to create a strong rapport with customers
- To be quick paced with attention to detail
- A ‘can do’ attitude and a strong focus on customer service
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel is required
- Experience in SAP would be highly advantageous.
