Customer Service Representative - Full Time

We are looking for a dedicated Contact Centre Representative to become part of our dynamic team. This position involves managing 30-40 inbound and outbound calls daily, addressing customer inquiries such as billing discrepancies and various technical issues. You will utilize the Pronto system to generate purchase orders, oversee accounts payable, and ensure seamless communication with our clients.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage 30-40 calls per day in a fast-paced setting.
  • Resolve issues related to billing, technical malfunctions, and other customer concerns.
  • Utilize the Pronto system for accounts payable management and purchase order creation.
  • Communicate effectively with blue-collar customers and tradespeople.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily performance targets and uphold service excellence.
  • Effectively manage time to complete all assigned tasks promptly.
  • Maintain a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute to keep pace with demands.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a contact centre or similar high-energy environment.
  • A technical aptitude for understanding and resolving customer issues.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
  • Attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with the Pronto system and purchase order processes is advantageous.
  • Must successfully complete a medical assessment and a national background check.
