
Programmatic Revenue Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our team and drive revenue growth in the programmatic sales market. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the Australian programmatic landscape, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication abilities.
Job DescriptionThe primary focus of this role is to empower a team of Programmatic Sales and Account Executives to build and maintain effective relationships with agencies and clients to deliver impactful commercial solutions. You will be responsible for leading the charge to set the agenda for the NSW programmatic market while also driving a positive revenue outcome from a defined client portfolio.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires a proactive approach to strategy development, revenue generation, and customer engagement. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with key senior sales personnel to present our programmatic offering at agency groups and develop and execute on a team revenue plan (quarterly and annual).
You will have two direct reports to guide and mentor, and your day-to-day activities will involve:
- Key representation of our company within the New South Wales market across BVOD, SVOD, Display, Shortform, and Audio
- Oversight of the achievement of revenue targets for trading desks within dedicated agency patches
- Assistance in the education, strategic direction, and internal expertise of the New South Wales digital sales team within the programmatic landscape
- Proactive development of strategies to generate more spend and influence human decisions within desks
- Collaboration with key senior sales personnel to present our programmatic offering at agency groups
- Development and execution of a team revenue plan (quarterly and annual)
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A thorough understanding of the Australian programmatic landscape
- An established and strong network within the Australian programmatic landscape
- Ability to understand and sell programmatic solutions based on performance, audience, and targeting solutions
- Strong analytical ability considered highly
