{"h1": "Property Maintenance Officer", "p": "At Blacktown Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Officer to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, repairs, and liaising with contractors to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform or arrange necessary repairs and maintenance of equipment.
* Conduct building maintenance tasks such as repairing locks, doors, furniture, light fittings, and plumbing; patching holes; touch-up painting; and assisting with renovations and refurbishments.
* Prepare and maintain play areas, grassed areas, and sports fields, including line marking.
* Liaise with grounds and property sub-contractors.
* Report non-programmed maintenance needs to the Property Team Coordinator.
* Drive school buses to transport students to and from school at the beginning and/or the end of the school day or to and from excursions.

Requirements:

* Relevant experience in maintenance and building repair.
* Ability to perform a variety of maintenance tasks.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards.
* First aid qualified (or willingness to obtain).
* Holding a LR, MR or HR Driver Licence (or willingness to upgrade with our support).
* Experience in driving a school or public transport bus will be highly regarded.
