Job Opportunity at City Facilities Management
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Worker to join our team at City Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general commercial cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of surfaces.
- Operate cleaning machinery, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain all chemicals and equipment, ensuring they are stored and used in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures, including City's Think Safe program.
Requirements:
- Have a great attitude and willingness to learn, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Own a smartphone, as this will be used for communication and task management.
- Obtain a current driver's licence and car, although this is not essential.
- Have Australian working rights, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Shift Patterns:
Shift patterns may vary across store locations, but are typically:
- 6:00am to 10:00am
- 6:30am to 10:30am (weekends)
