Role Overview: We are seeking a committed Maintenance Technician to enhance our Facilities team. In this pivotal role, you will be essential in maintaining our advanced facilities and equipment, ensuring they are operational and safe to support our dynamic property management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a diverse range of equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Document all maintenance activities using our management systems and create new work orders as necessary.
- Develop and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for equipment maintenance to uphold safety and consistency.
- Perform general repairs and installations of facility equipment, including any necessary relocations.
- Maintain organized and functional workshop spaces in compliance with safety regulations.
- Participate in regular internal audits and complete any assigned action items to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes.
- Engage in team responsibilities such as cleaning schedules and inventory management.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and policies to ensure our operations remain compliant.
- Be available for on-call duties for emergency responses outside of regular hours.
Initial Expectations:
First Month: You will familiarize yourself with our essential systems and equipment. Responsibilities will include performing maintenance tasks critical to our operations.
First Three Months: You will establish yourself as a reliable team member, significantly contributing to our compliance with safety standards and enhancing operational efficiency.
First Year: You will become proficient in our systems, potentially developing and implementing new solutions that improve various aspects of our maintenance operations.
