We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our Facilities team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our advanced facilities and equipment in optimal condition, ensuring safety and readiness to support our dynamic operations.

This hands-on position involves working with diverse machinery, including steam boilers, air compressors, and HVAC systems. You will be responsible for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to guarantee smooth operations. Collaborating with team members across various departments, you will be recognized as the go-to expert for maintenance solutions.

  • 1-5 years of experience in a maintenance technician capacity or as a skilled tradesperson
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting specialized equipment
  • Experience with a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is a plus
  • Knowledge of property management and safety standards is highly advantageous
  • Conduct both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide array of equipment, ensuring timely operations
  • Document all maintenance activities and create work orders as necessary
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance to ensure safe practices
  • Perform general repairs and installations of facility equipment, including ad-hoc projects
  • Maintain organized and compliant workshop spaces
  • Participate in regular safety audits and complete assigned tasks
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal processes
  • Engage in team responsibilities such as inventory management and cleaning duties
  • Adhere to all safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment
  • Be available for on-call duties for emergency maintenance needs

Initial Month: You will familiarize yourself with our essential systems and equipment. You will begin to take on responsibilities critical to our operations and start performing maintenance tasks.

First Three Months: You will establish yourself as a reliable team member known for quick and effective solutions. Your contributions will significantly impact our safety and operational efficiency.

First Year: You will become proficient in our systems, potentially developing and implementing new maintenance strategies. You will have numerous examples of how you have enhanced various aspects of our operations.
