We are currently seeking a committed Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our Facilities team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our advanced facilities and equipment in optimal condition, ensuring safety and reliability in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on a variety of equipment, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Document maintenance activities accurately using our management systems and generate work orders as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for equipment maintenance to promote safe and consistent practices.
  • Conduct general repairs and installations of facility equipment, including any necessary relocations.
  • Maintain organized and compliant workshop spaces in accordance with safety regulations.
  • Engage in regular internal and external audits to uphold food safety standards and complete assigned tasks.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and systems.
  • Participate in team responsibilities such as inventory management and cleaning duties.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations to ensure the integrity of our processes and products.
  • Be available for on-call duties to respond to emergency maintenance needs.

Initial Training and Development:

In your first month, you will familiarize yourself with our key systems and equipment, gradually taking on responsibilities that are essential for the smooth operation of our facilities.

By the end of your first three months, you will be recognized as a reliable team member, contributing significantly to our compliance and operational efficiency.

Within your first year, you will become proficient in our systems, potentially leading initiatives to enhance our maintenance practices.
