The commercialization and growth development team is responsible for developing long-term strategies to drive category expansion. We work closely with our partners to bring together customer and market insights that inform decision making and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of shopper engagement strategies, overseeing strategic input into key planning documents for the off-premise channel.Deploy annual brand activation initiatives by partnering with off-premise retailers to drive market share gains for our licensed portfolio in the region.Lead point of contact for shopper activation between Brand, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to support growth planning processes.Externally focused leader who successfully brings the voice of the customer into the organization to educate stakeholders on evolving customer requirements and align BTL plans with customer needs.Translate strategy and deployment of BTL activations including leading POS and promotional support materials that drive a strong call-to-action, aligned with brand guidelines and category growth drivers."]
