This role marks a strategic investment in the company's continued growth and expansion. As the Product Technical Lead, Data Platforms, you will take full ownership of the core data benchmarking platform, a flagship product shaping insights across national and international health systems.

The Opportunity

You will drive and scale a data platform directly impacting real-world healthcare outcomes. You will oversee the technical direction and day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring it is scalable, robust, and release-ready for international expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and scale the technical operations of a complex data-driven health platform within a fast-paced product environment.
  • Own the end-to-end product release lifecycle, including planning, deployment processes, change management, and incident response.
  • Oversee and enhance data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and timely delivery across the platform.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and third-party vendors to align technical outcomes with business priorities.
  • Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of Data Engineers, Analysts, QA specialists, and Data Governance professionals.
  • Champion engineering best practices, including DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments.
  • Promote a culture of Agile delivery, innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Who We Are Looking For

We seek a technical leader with a strong data background, proven leadership capability, and a track record of building and managing scalable data platforms. Ideally, you will bring:

  • 7–10+ years' experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or Analytics, with hands-on work in building and managing data platforms or infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional technical teams, including Data Engineers, Analysts, QA, and Governance.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies—comfortable leading sprints, release planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
  • A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset and a passion for building data platforms that create meaningful impact.
