Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to drive forward progress across multiple organizations. As a senior staff engineer, you will be responsible for defining and owning the technical roadmaps for large cross-cutting efforts with significant impact on our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and own technical roadmaps for large cross-cutting efforts
  • Drive cross-functional partnerships with various teams including infrastructure, service platform, developer experience, data platform, product engineering, finance, risk, operations, and go-to-market teams
  • Establish project ownership and contribute to prioritization and execution with the appropriate level of urgency
  • Present clear, thoughtful, and opinionated analysis to senior leaders enabling them to make informed decisions with clear trade-offs
  • Mentor and sponsor experienced managers and/or very experienced engineers assist with team growth and development set the culture bar for excellence and technical curiosity
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Expertise: Proven expertise in software engineering and technical leadership

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with ability to drive cross-functional partnerships and mentor junior engineers

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to present complex ideas to senior leaders
