Senior Artificial Intelligence Engineering Director

We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineering Director to lead our organization's strategic direction and implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) across various departments. The successful candidate will be an experienced technology leader with a proven track record in building and scaling technical organizations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define and execute a departmental data, digital, and AI strategy, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their applications, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Lead teams of 10+ engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.
  • Develop and implement technical roadmaps, leveraging expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive technology leadership experience.
  • 5+ years in senior executive roles, driving business outcomes through technical excellence.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling technical organizations, with a strong focus on team management and development.
  • Hands-on experience with software engineering, particularly with Python frameworks.
  • Expertise in cloud platforms, preferably Azure, with valuable experience in AWS/GCP.
  • Extensive knowledge of data architecture, including data lakes, streaming analytics, and modern data stacks.
