As Product Technical Lead, Data Platforms, you will take full ownership of their core data benchmarking platform, a flagship product that plays a vital role in shaping insights across national and international health systems.

The Opportunity

You will oversee the technical direction and day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring it is scalable, robust, and release-ready for international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and scale the technical operations of a complex, data-driven health platform within a fast-paced product environment.
Own the end-to-end product release lifecycle, including planning, CI/CD deployment processes, change management, and incident response.
Oversee and enhance data pipelines and workflows, ensuring data integrity, scalability, and timely delivery across the platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, QA, and third-party vendors to align technical outcomes with business priorities.
Manage and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of Data Engineers, Analysts, QA specialists, and Data Governance professionals.
Champion engineering best practices, including DevOps, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and reliable deployments.
Promote a culture of Agile delivery, innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a technical leader with a strong data background, proven leadership capability, and a track record of building and managing scalable data platforms.
Ideally, you'll bring:
7–10+ years' experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or Analytics, with hands-on work in building and managing data platforms or infrastructure.
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional technical teams, including Data Engineers, Analysts, QA, and Governance.
Strong grasp of Agile methodologies—comfortable leading sprints, release planning, retrospectives, and continuous delivery.
A collaborative, delivery-focused mindset and a passion for building data platforms that create meaningful impact.
