Product Management Leader

We're seeking a skilled Product Manager to drive the development and delivery of our Superannuation product.

About This Role

This is a key position in our team, responsible for ensuring our Superannuation product remains competitive and compliant. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management across Superannuation and related financial services products, with a strong understanding of superannuation business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and member retention through innovative product solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative frameworks.
  • Coordinate administration of life insurance arrangements.
  • Support APRA superannuation data submissions.
  • Provide technical expertise in resolving member complaints.
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap.
  • Represent the product team in cross-functional projects.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in product management.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation business operations.
  • Understanding of competitors propositions and Superannuation industry trends.
  • RG146 qualifications advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
