Are you a strategic thinker who can drive growth and innovation in the superannuation industry? We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to develop and implement our superannuation product suite, ensuring it remains competitive and compliant with regulatory requirements.
This role requires a solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate complex business processes and refine product offerings to meet customer needs. You will play a key role in driving innovation and growth through the development of new product solutions and enhancements to existing products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement product strategies to drive growth and member retention.
- Manage the development lifecycle of our superannuation product suite, including product definition, design, build, testing and launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements and commercial outcomes.
- 5 years' experience in product management, preferably in the superannuation or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of superannuation and end-to-end business operations.
- RG146 qualifications (desirable).
