**Your role**:
The Product Owner, Growth Products is responsible for ensuring that CSC's products are best of class, driving their development, distribution and ongoing maintenance. This role is accountable for delivering initiatives that promote and celebrate our suite of Defined Contribution (DC) superannuation and investment proposition. By leveraging your extensive analytical skills, governance expertise and relationship management experience in super and investments, the Product Owner will work closely with internal teams, customers, and key employer stakeholders to achieve CSC's strategic agenda of acquisition and customer retention.

Leveraging your in-depth technical knowledge of superannuation and investments as well as insights from our customer data you will be focused on outcomes for customers in pre-retirement, retirement and accumulation. The Product Owner will assist in building loyalty, satisfaction among users of CSC's offerings supporting CSC's growth and education focus. You will drive initiatives that achieve customer and partner engagement as well as regulatory change such as changes PDSs, annual statements, research house surveys and data as well as internal reporting

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and progression of new product ideas and business cases to drive innovation and market competitiveness
- Analyse product performance data and generate insights to inform decision making and provide the data science team with advice as required
- Manage and update the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), Disclosure Document (including the Financial Services Guide and DDO) to ensure it accurately reflects product offerings
- Oversee product governance, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to CSC processes
- Prepare bi-annual competitor comparison pack to assess market positioning and identify opportunities for product enhancement

**What you need to excel**:

- Extensive experience in the financial industry with related experience preferably in superannuation in a product, product development or project management role
- Experience in driving initiatives that achieve product growth through acquisition, retention and enhanced service
- Strong understanding of superannuation products and services and the key issues that affect the superannuation and investment platforms industry, including the regulatory environment
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and engage with stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully launching innovative financial products
- Proactive nature and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Ability to read, understand, and interpret relevant legislation, trust deeds, and legal documents, ensuring compliance and providing informed guidance on their impact on business operations
- Ability to prepare and delivering clear, persuasive presentations to diverse stakeholders
- Possess or in the process of obtaining a relevant tertiary qualifications and RG146
