As a member of the Culture and Capability team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic learning approach that aligns with both business needs and learner aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learning Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that addresses the needs of the organization and its employees.
  • Capability Frameworks: Lead the development and implementation of capability frameworks and associated curriculum for professional and operational roles.
  • Compliance and Safety Training: Manage compliance and safety training, ensuring alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Learning Program Management & Delivery: Lead the design, development, and implementation of engaging learning programs that leverage contemporary learning methodologies.
  • Online Learning: Identify opportunities to utilize eLearning technology to deliver programs and lead the design and implementation of a new enterprise Learning Management System.
  • People Leadership: Lead a learning and development team, providing strategic direction and coaching to ensure the delivery of effective learning and development programs.

Requirements:

  • Learning Strategy Development: Experience defining the strategic direction for the learning and development function with a focus on technical and compliance training.
  • Capability Frameworks: Expertise in leading the design and implementation of professional development and operational capability frameworks, and associated curriculum.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of the regulatory environment and demonstrated experience satisfying statutory training requirements.
  • Learning Management Systems: Experience in the design and implementation of learning management systems and technology-driven learning solutions.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership inspiring and motivating teams to achieve desired outcomes within large, regulated organizations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
