About the Role

Troocoo is seeking a Senior Digital Change Manager to lead their major enterprise initiative in digital technology landscape transformation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital change management and communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and implementation of enterprise-wide change and strategy
  • Work with diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of change initiatives
  • Design and develop standard metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives
  • Identify potential risks associated with change initiatives and develop contingency plans
  • Foster a culture of readiness and adaptability, facilitating learning and development for team members

About You

  • A minimum of 7 years' experience in change management, preferably in complex digital transformation projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups
  • Experience delivering enterprise systems and large technical/digital programmes with a focus on change management processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation
  • Minimum Bachelor degree coupled with demonstrated expertise in change management methodologies
