Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our Account Executive team. As an Insurance Client Service Specialist, you will work closely with Senior brokers to provide exceptional client service, manage client portfolios, and develop business relationships.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting Senior and Principal Account Brokers with portfolio management and administration tasks.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of risk management and insurance programs that meet client needs.
- Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Acquiring and maintaining awareness of clients' businesses and insurance needs.
- Identifying products that benefit clients and meet their needs.
- Processing invoices, policy accounting information, quotations, premium calculations, policy wording, certificates of currency, and other documentation.
- Liaising and negotiating with clients, underwriters, and claims managers.
- Developing a basic technical understanding of relevant classes of insurance and specialist services offered to clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Motivation for client service and solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
