Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearThis role offers a reduced hour work week with full pay, (k) matching, company-paid health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, vision insurance, generous paid time off, VTO, 2 hours/month for appointments, and a competitive base salary with bonus incentives based on individual/agency performance.
Responsibilities:- Manage an assigned personal lines insurance book of business.
- Deliver amazing client service.
- Ensure all productivity, quality, and service standards are met.
- Implement client insurance policy administrative processes.
- Maintain current, accurate data in the Applied Epic agency management system.
- Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with agents, leadership, and co-workers.
- Provide high-level, responsive customer service to clients.
- A minimum of an Active Florida 4- (Customer Representative License), 2- (Property and Casualty License), or - (Personal Lines Agent)
- Ideal candidate with 3+ years experience servicing Personal Lines Insurance Accounts.
- Applied Epic experience is a plus.
- Bilingual is a plus.
