In this role, you will manage the IT Service Desk and End-users' Knowledgebase, achieving accurate updates for continual improvement.

You will lead improvements by integrating the Knowledgebase with automation tools and initiatives, utilizing industry best practices like ITIL and KCS.

As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate across multiple support teams, managing Knowledgebase Articles, researching knowledge requirements, generating reporting, and communicating with stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to proactively run projects to support your department's vision of end-user experience excellence.

To be successful, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in any field, ITIL Certification, and practical skills to create knowledgebase articles.

A minimum of 2+ years of IT Service Desk Level 1 experience is preferred, along with good understanding of IT Service Desk Level 1 Support processes, proficiency in structuring content per audience, and basic project management skills.
