Senior EUC Support Officer Role

This role is part of the End User Computing Team, which provides desktop and end-user support in the ICT environment.

The Senior EUC Support Officer will work closely with the EUC team leader, providing technical guidance to the Service Desk and delivering responsive, reliable, and respectful ICT support and services.

They will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a geographically dispersed team of Service Desk Analysts. Key qualifications include a qualification in Information Technology or relevant experience, as well as working knowledge of application packaging in SCCM and/or MS Intune.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical guidance to the Service Desk
  • Mentoring and guiding Service Desk Analysts
  • Managing service requests, incidents, and ICT asset management

Provisional employees must undergo health clearance and character clearance before being confirmed as permanent employees. A six-month probationary period is also required. Some interstate travel is necessary, including overnight absences, and the management of the after-hours on-call roster may be required.
