At UniLodge, we are seeking a motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth and development in the hospitality industry.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will assist with various enquiries related to student residency, studies, and overall wellbeing. Additionally, they will take initiative to monitor and report concerns or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in reception or hospitality, who is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, communicate effectively with residents, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Create a friendly environment and deliver positive customer experiences
- Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, and general needs
- Monitor and report concerns or issues relating to resident safety and wellbeing
- Coordinate and execute administrative duties, including mail management and filing
- Background in reception or hospitality
- PASSION FOR DELIVERING EXCEPTIONAL GUEST EXPERIENCES
- Ability to work under high pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- High levels of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems
- A 'we care' attitude
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- National Police Check (completed within last 3 months), at your own cost
- Working with Children's Check (QLD)
- Ability to commit to a 38 hour work week, Monday - Friday
